My approach
A sensitive and holistic perspective
My practice is mainly grounded in relational psychoanalysis, from which I understand that symptoms are embedded in a personal and relational history and serve a function that can be understood.
From this foundation, I work from an integrative approach, incorporating tools from different schools of psychology according to the needs of each therapeutic process.
Clinical foundation
Understanding the symptom within a personal, emotional and relational history.
Complementary tools
IFS, systemic therapy and projective techniques when the process and the person require them.
Therapeutic goal
Building a deep understanding that allows for sustained change and new ways of positioning oneself
